2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, website, or other approved platforms.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Saarthi Ani.
- Customers must provide accurate travel details at the time of booking.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All fares are communicated at the time of booking.
- Prices may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, route, and waiting time.
- Any additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, state taxes, or night charges (if applicable) are payable by the customer.
- Payments must be made in full as per the agreed terms.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per company policy.
5. Driver on Hire Responsibilities
- Drivers provided are trained and police-verified.
- Saarthi Ani is not responsible for any mechanical issues, documents, or insurance of the customer’s vehicle.
- Any damage, fines, or legal issues during the journey related to the customer’s vehicle will be the customer’s responsibility unless caused by driver negligence.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure correct pickup location and time.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Saarthi Ani is not liable for lost or damaged items.
- Any misbehavior, illegal activity, or unsafe conduct may result in service termination without refund.
7. Safety & Conduct
- Seat belts must be worn at all times.
- Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the journey.
- The driver has the right to refuse service if safety rules are violated.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
Saarthi Ani shall not be held responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, accidents, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
Saarthi Ani’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
